○  Are you at least 24 years of age?

○  No more than 4 moving violations in the last 36 months.

○  Do you have at least 3 years of class A experience?

○  No speeding of 15 mph or more in the past 36 months.

○  No more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months.

○  No previous positive test on pre-employment/post accident/ random drug or alcohol screen in the past 10 years.

○  No DWI or DUI in the last 10 years.

○  No C&I, reckless, vehicular homicide, assault or manslaughter convictions.
